absolutley dreadful experience. I mean, who woudl expect a loose shower fixture in a 'so-called' high-end hotel? Not to mention the noise from the club below—simply unacceptable! After enduring this, I thought a free upgrade would be the least I could've hoped for, but no, just crammed into my mediocre room. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

I had a cozy stay in a decent-sized room, just a bit noisy with pubs nearby on the weekend. Pro tip, grab breakfast early. The staff were super friendly and helped me with directions. Close to trams for easy access to the city. Just keep in mind check-out is kinda strict at 1 pm.

We really enjoyed our stay with our grandchild, especially the spacious double room. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a variety of options that even the little one loved. The close proximity to Metro stop Cenisio made city exploring super easy.
